Affirmations...


Affirmations can be used to bring about the change of an existing circumstance, or thought pattern, by creating a new one. And since thought is the first step in the process of manifesting the physical, being able to alter your thoughts through the use of affirmations, is a very useful tool is it not? 
Now,... as to the mechanics of how it is done, we would say that there are no hard and fast rules to use, but we would say that there are a few principles you should follow to get maximum results from the use of affirmations. We will list them for you and elaborate as necessary. Firstly there is the principle of clarity, secondly there is the principle of focus, thirdly, there is the principle of belief, fourth is the principle of emotional power, fifth is the principle of duration. These are all the major contributing factors incorporated into a successful affirmation.
