Affirmations...


Affirmations are words strung together that are used to create a change in belief, motivation and activity, which will hopefully bring you closer to your goal. Motivation is a key concept in the realization of your goal. Lack of motivation to achieve your goal either means that you do not find the goal to be emotionally appealing, "or," you are holding a significant amount of doubt or fear in your mind with regards to your goal.
